UB40 & Billy Ocean Live In Dubai 2016

UB40 and Billy Ocean double header!
In what's set to be one of the biggest gigs of the year, UB40 and Billy Ocean are playing on the same bill at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis stadium on Thursday March 24.
UB40 have had a prolific career, with more than 50 singles entering the UK charts, and have been nominated for a Grammy Award four separate times. They've recently undergone a line up change in recent years, but will arrive in Dubai with lead singer Ali Campbell present and correct. The band have sold over 70 million albums, spawning huge hits like 'Red Red Wine' and 'Can't Help Falling In Love With You,' while the band - like the crowd in Dubai - have a hugely diverse make up including Yemeni, Jamaican, English, Scottish and Irish heritage.

Joining them on the bill is Billy Ocean, a Trinidan born English star who was one of the biggest RnB sensations of the 80s. He won the Grammy for Best Male RnB Vocal Performance for his stand out track 'Caribbean Queen,' while his tracks like 'When The Going Gets Tough, The Tough Get Going,' and 'Get Outta My Dreams, And Into My Car' are still hugely popular tracks across the world.
