RUKI VVERH, the most popular dance band in Russia, will perform on the 3rd of November in an exclusive midnight concert that will take place on the 27th floor at the world's most luxurious hotel, Burj Al Arab.

The show will be held at the most highest venue of PaRUS Music Festival. Only 200 guests will attend the event and hear, watch and feel the tsunami of hits and emotions at the height of 300 m above the sea level.
