• This show is suitable for 16 years and above. Those aged between 16 -18 years should be accompanied by an adult 18 years and above.
• *No refund will be given on the grounds that the ticket holder was not aware of the age restriction.
• All attendees must have a ticket to access the venue valid for the specific date, time, and event is shown.
• No refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased.
• Photography, videography, and audio recording including camera phones are strictly prohibited.

The following items are prohibited:

• Food and beverages were purchased from outside the venue.
• Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders.
• Illegal substances of any kind.
• Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile.
• Laser pointers, permanent markers / felt-type pens, scissors, or aerosol canisters.
• Drones and or other remote-controlled devices.
• Glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage.
• Animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs).
