From Downtown/DIFC: take Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) toward JBR, take the JBR exit and follow local signs to The Walk. Drive time: ~15–25 minutes.
Metro + Tram: Take the Red Line to DMCC (Jumeirah Lakes Towers) or DAMAC Properties station. Transfer to the Dubai Tram toward Al Sufouh and alight at Jumeirah. Beach Residence 1 (JBR1). The hotel is a 5–10 minute walk from the tram stop or a short taxi ride.
