Please be informed that the IBAA Ticketing Lounge will be closed from 26 January to 6 February 2026.

During this period, check-in and tour access will take place from the Wild Wadi entrance, near the IBAA kiosk. Kindly note the following important operational updates:

Tour capacity will be limited to a maximum of 50 guests per time slot
Larger group bookings must be made in advance, as capacity limits will be strictly enforced
Guests holding open-dated tickets for groups of 10 or more are requested to inform us in advance by emailing info@insideburjalarab.com
The last available tour slot will be at 6:00 PM

Please be advised that during the above-mentioned dates, tour timings and dress code requirements will be strictly enforced. We also recommend that guests avoid carrying large bags, as storage facilities will be limited.

By car: Burj Al Arab is easily accessible by car. If you are driving, take Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, exit towards Umm Suqeim, and follow the signs Jumeirah Beach hotel (Inside Burj Al Arab Visitor Center)

By public transport: Jumeirah Beach hotel (Inside Burj Al Arab Visitor Center) can be accessed by public transport through various bus and metro routes. If you use the metro, you can stop at the Mall of the Emirates station and take a short cab to the location.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Jumeirah Beach hotel (Inside Burj Al Arab Visitor Center) from anywhere in Dubai. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with it.
