It is highly recommended to call and check lane availability in advance, especially during weekends and public holidays, as the venue fills up fast.
Bowling lanes accommodate a maximum of 5 players per lane.
Use of professional bowling shoes is a must on the lanes. Standard rental shoes are included with the ticket; however, guests must wear socks for hygiene purposes (available at the reception).
Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited; dining is available on-site at Alpys Cafe.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Non-Refundable: All tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other activities.
Booking Confirmation: A ticket does not guarantee immediate lane. It is highly recommended to call in advance to confirm lane and other activities' availability, as the venue operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Maximum Occupancy: Each bowling lane is limited to a maximum of 5 players to ensure safety and game quality.
Behavioral Conduct: The venue reserves the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund if they are found engaging in reckless behavior or damaging equipment.

This experience/attraction has a non-cancellable / non-changeable cancellation policy: Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or modified.

Dubai Metro: Take the Red Line and get off at the Ibn Battuta Metro Station. The mall entrance is located right next to the station.

Bus: The mall has its own bus station. You can take routes 8, F43, F44, or F46, all of which stop very close to the mall.

By Car: From Dubai/Sheikh Zayed Road: * Take Exit 27 for the China Court end. Take Exit 25 for the Andalusia Court end.

Inside the Mall: Head toward the India Court. Switch Bowling is tucked away in a corner near Alpy's Cafe, so if you have trouble finding it, the information desk can guide you to the specific galleria end.
