Advance Booking: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Due to limited seating, early reservation is highly recommended.
Punctuality: Guests are requested to arrive promptly for their selected seating. Late arrivals may impact the overall progression of the experience.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 15 years or older. If any guest in your party is under 21, please state this during booking. UAE law strictly prohibits alcohol consumption by minors.
Dress Code: Smart Casual.
Dietary Restrictions: Some dietary requests can be accommodated if communicated to the TERO team in advance.
The kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish and soybeans.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the reservation are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the reservation are eligible for a 50% refund, inclusive of the 2.5% credit card processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests are subject to table availability.
Reservations may be postponed for up to 90 days from the original booking date.
After 90 days, the original reservation cannot be extended and a new paid reservation will be required.

By car: Easily accessible via Al Khail Road (E44) or Umm Suqeim Street (D63). - Follow signs toward Dubai Hills Estate / Business park. - Parking is available within the Dubai Hills Business Park complex.

Public Transport: Take the Dubai Metro (Red Line) to Equiti Metro Station or Mall of the Emirates Metro Station, followed by a short 10 to 15-minute taxi ride directly to Dubai Hills Business Park, Building 3.
