Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
A valid photo identification document such as original ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the debit / credit card that was used for purchase must be presented upon arrival.
Online ticket resale is prohibited. Tickets bought via 3rd parties and resellers are considered invalid and entry to the event will be declined.
Atlantis Dubai has the right to refuse entry once the show has started. Event artist lineup is subject to change at any time.
Any declined entrance, by Atlantis Dubai for any reason, Platinumlist & Atlantis Dubai are not liable to refund tickets.
Refund will not be granted for no-show to the event.
Platinumlist & Atlantis Dubai accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, injury or any losses sustained at the event including lost or damaged tickets.
Exchanging of seats / tickets or categories is not allowed.
One person per ticket. The ticket is valid only for the specified show and cannot be reused across multiple events.
