• Tickets are non refundable, non changeable and non transferable.
• Event lineups are subject to change at any time without ticket refunds.
• Sole DXB has a zero tolerance policy towards underage consumption of alcohol. Violators will be removed from the venue and are subject to possible prosecution under the law.
• Sole DXB has a zero tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind. Violators will be removed from the venue at the sole discretion of festival management and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Upon entry, customers must display a valid photo identification document such as an original national ID, driving licence, or original passport in addition to a matching name on the debit/credit card that was used for purchase.
• Online ticket resale is prohibited. If the ticket is bought via a reseller such as Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo or Dubizzle it is considered invalid, and entry to the event will be declined.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to be of the correct age required to enter the event. It is the customer’s responsibility to abide by the dress code set by the event organiser if any.
• If the customer is declined entry by the event organiser for any reason, Platinumlist is not liable to refund the tickets.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to attend the event at the correct time. Non-attended events will not be refunded by Platinumlist.
• Platinumlist accepts no responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property, or any injury sustained at the event.
• Platinumlist will not be responsible for any lost or damaged tickets. Exchanging of seats/tickets or categories is not allowed. One person per ticket.
• The ticket is valid only for the specified show and cannot be reused across multiple events.
• The event organiser has the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry.
• Ticket resale is strictly prohibited, tickets purchased by ticket resellers will be cancelled and will not be refunded. You will not be allowed in with professional cameras (SLR or Mirrorless) or with video cameras, except in cases where you have been authorised by festival management in writing.
• Attendees consent to their filming, photographing and sound recording at the event. By entering this event site you agree to being filmed or photographed, which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Please be aware that by entering this area, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films and tapes for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, and you release Sole Apparel FZ LLC, its successors, assignees and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. 

By car: Take Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) south, then Al Khail Road (E44), and exit onto Ras Al Khor Road (D 56) to enter Dubai Design District (d3).

By public transportation: Take the Dubai Metro's Green Line to the "Dubai Healthcare City" station, which is the closest metro station to d3. From there, you can take a short taxi ride or walk to reach your destination.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi or request a ride-hailing service to Dubai Design District from anywhere in Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers are familiar with the location.
