ICC WOMEN'S T20 WORLD CUP 2024 - Dubai International Stadium

1. How much are the tickets?
Tickets prices start from AED 5. Ticket prices vary from match to match so please check the ticket prices of the respective match that you are planning to attend. Ticket price applies to those aged 18 and above.

2. How can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online exclusively at Platinumlist.net.

3. For double header matches, does a single ticket allow me to watch both matches ?
Yes, a single ticket allows you to watch both matches at the same venue on the same day, however for hospitality sections you require a full day pass.

4. How does the queue work?
During high traffic period the queue is set up to provide a fair purchase for every fan on first come first server basis. Please keep the page open until it’s your turn for purchase.

5. How to do bulk ticket bookings?

6. Will tickets be available at the door?
If the event is not sold out prior to match days, there will be tickets available at the door. We request you to follow our social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Facebook) to know when the tickets are sold out.

7. What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
You can purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per order. However, you are allowed to make multiple purchase transactions.

8. Is it free seating?
Yes. It is a free seating event on first come first serve basis.

9. What is the child policy?
Children under eighteen (18) years of age at the day of the scheduled match are entitled to enter a venue With a ticket at no charge. Under 18 will need to show proof of age at entry. Each adult does require their own valid ticket for entry. 

10. Is Hard drinks available?
Hard drinks are only available at Dubai International Stadium in Platinum, Pavilion and Hospitality areas.

11. Is Food and beverages allowed from outside?
No, its not. However, baby food is allowed from outside.

12. Is Food and beverages available in the stadium?
Yes. Food & Beverage concessions will be operating at the stadium.

13. Is parking available?
Yes. Various free parking areas are made available for public parking. Please look for signage placed around the venue to find suitable parking.

14. How many people can Sky Box - Lounge fit?
Sky Box is only available in Dubai stadium which can accommodate up to 12 personnel.

15. How many people can VIP Suite fit?
VIP Suite can fit 24 people.

16. What is the policies for People of Determination tickets?
Spectators who are looking for stadium access suitable for POD, please purchase tickets of following categories: Dubai: Platinum, Grand Lounge or VIP suites lounge.

17. Can I buy tickets as a gift?
Yes, you can buy the tickets as gifts.

18. What are the entry requirements?
Valid match ticket is required to gain entry, various forms of tickets are available. PDF tickets, physical ticket or QR code access via the Platinum list app.

19. What are the age restrictions?
Venue age restrictions are clearly displayed at the sales pages on the website. One Ticket shall be required for each person, except for children under eighteen (18) years of age. Each Ticket Holder shall retain the ticket throughout the duration of the Match and in the event of Match going to reserve day, the Ticket issued on the first day of the Match will be deemed to the Ticket for the reserve day.

20. I can’t find my confirmation email ?
In the first instance please check your junk or spam folder. In busy periods confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive. If you still haven’t received confirmation, contact the customer services hotline on +971-4-4573212. If you are unsure which company you bought from this is usually displayed on your credit card statement or bank statement.

21. How early should we turn up?
Gate will open 3 hours prior to the match start time. For afternoon match the gates will open at 11am whereas for evening match the gates will open at 3pm.

By Taxi: Taxis are widely available throughout Dubai and can take you directly to the stadium.  

By Car: If you're driving, use GPS for the best route. The stadium is located in Dubai Sports City and there is parking available.  

By public transportation: Take the Red Line (Route 2020) to Dubai Internet City Metro Station and transfer to the F34 bus that goes to Dubai Sports City.
