Join us for an exciting new season starring Accentus Austria.
Experience ‘reengineered’ early 16th 17th-century music performed on unique baroque instruments by one of Austria's leading quartets. While enjoying the magical atmosphere & superb acoustics of the Royal Ballroom of the One & Only Royal Mirage.

About Accentus Austria:
Accentus Austria is one of the most spectacular early music ensembles of Austria and specializes in performing 17th and 18th-century music on authentic Baroque instruments. They aim to be provocative and innovative, contrasting different styles and eras of music, to expand the musical horizons of their audience. In other words, they take Baroque music out of the Museum and present it in a fresh modern manner. In this especially for DCC worked programme, the musicians will present typical Dances, Sonatas, and Partitas written for the Austrian Court, interspersed with short modern compositions to deliver an unique musical experience.

About the event:
Concert doors open at 19:00 and close at 19:55. concert starts sharp at 8 pm. Late comers will only be permitted after the intermission.
Dress code: cocktail / formal.

Accentus Austria is one of the most spectacular early music ensemble of Austria and specialises in performing 17th and 18th century music on authentic Baroque instruments. New music of every age is considered as Avante Garde to the audience of the time.  They aim to be provocative and innovative, juxtaposing different styles and eras of music, to expand the musical horizons of their audience. In other words, they take Baroque music out of the Museum, and present it in a fresh modern manner. In this specially for dcc worked programme, the musicians will present typical Dances, Sonatas, and Partitas written for the Austrian Court, interspersed with short modern compositions to deliver an absolutely unique musical experience for the audience.
