DriftX #01

Brace yourself for a new style of sport we like to call, DriftX. This event will be more focussed on a blend between drift and autocross techniques, adapting the best possible driving style to make the quickest lap times on the board. Initially one half of the complex will be setup for beginners to practice donuts and figure 8's, the other half will be setup for DriftX time attack. After some time the complex will be setup to have 2 identical track layouts running in parallel to make the runs quicker and more fun by competing amongst ourselves. We expect a healthy competitive mindset but this is NOT a competition per say. All RWD cars are welcome to join us, in stock or modified form. People are free to join us at Emirates Motorplex directly at 1200hrs. The cost per car will be AED200. The regular rules apply, helmets are mandatory, let be safe!
