Ramadan is a time of tranquility and reflection, a time to slow down and connect with friends and family. To honour this special time of year, the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai has 3 individual Iftar and Sohour venues for public guests, each one offering a special evening experience to treasure with loved ones. The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai also had additional venues available for private corporate groups.
Majestic Iftar and Sohour in Dubai Ballroom 
The iconic Dubai Ballroom is transformed for Ramadan into an opulent lounge of gold and cream, a stunning setting to share Iftar and Sohour. Classic Arabian cuisine is served by award winning chefs and large LCD’s screen sports events and Ramadan series. Shisha is available in a fully air conditioned atmosphere and live Oud players create a special ambience, ideal for relaxing and spending time with loved ones on the occasion of Ramadan. Sohour in Dubai Ballroom features a family style luxury collection menu for AED 180 per person and family style premium menu for AED 160 per person. 
Iftar in Dubai Ballroom is AED 195 per person, from sunset to 8.30pm.
Sohour is served à la carte from 9pm to 3am.
Iftar at award-winning Kitchen 6
Experience an international Iftar in award-winning Kitchen 6 restaurant, What’s On magazine’s Best International Restaurant in both 2014 and 2013. Featuring 6 Live Cooking stations, Kitchen 6 presents Asian woks, Middle Eastern Grills, European Roasts, authentic Indian cuisine, an organic section and the world class Kitchen 6 dessert buffet. Described on Trip Advisor as ‘a Must Try’, ‘Food Heaven’ and ‘First Class Food’, the 400 person capacity restaurant is known for its superb quality cuisine and sheer scale of culinary choice. Iftar at Kitchen 6 features a colossal 225 dishes, prepared by specialty chefs. 
For a family Iftar to remember, Kitchen 6 Iftar is AED 195 per person, daily from sunset until 9.30pm. Children less than 5 years eat for free in Kitchen6, children aged 6-12 are invited to enjoy Kitchen 6 for half price.
Iftar at Rang Mahal by Atul Kochhar
For an Iftar with a difference, Rang Mahal by Atul Kochhar will host a sumptuous Iftar with 11 dishes celebrating the heritage of Indian cuisine infused with a modern twist. Atul’s ethos is showcased through his use of fresh and sustainable ingredients, resulting in an authentic yet excitedly modern Indian cuisine, reflecting the culinary diversity of his native country. With a fresh approach to a diverse and rich cuisine, the unique Iftar menu at Rang Mahal will impress everyone from fine dining connoisseurs to lovers of traditional Indian cuisine, providing a feast for the senses.
Rang Mahal Iftar is AED 325 per person from sunset until 8pm.
