• All Guests aged 16 years and above must purchase a ticket to enter the venue.
• Those aged between 16 -18 years should be accompanied by an adult 18 years and above.
• Individuals under 16 years old are not permitted.

• No refund will be given because the ticket holder was not aware of the age restriction.
• All attendees must have a ticket to access the venue valid for the specific date, time, and the event shown.
• No refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased
• Photography, videography, and audio recording, including camera phone, are strictly prohibited.
• The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances, and recording devices.
• Patrons arriving late to a performance will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break. Latecomers may be seated in alternate seat locations to avoid disruption of the performance.

• Food and beverages from outside the venue are not allowed on the premises.
• Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders
• Illegal substances of any kind
• Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
• Laser pointers, permanent markers / felt-type pens, scissors, or aerosol canisters
• Drones and or other remote-controlled devices
• Glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage
• Animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)

By car:The Theatre is located in Mall of the Emirates on Level 2. The nearest parking to the theater is "Orange parking A5 & A6 on L2".  

By public transportation: Mall of the Emirates is easily accessible by metro. You can take the Red Line and get off at the Mall of the Emirates station.

By taxi:You can also take a taxi to Mall of the Emirates. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
