Written and directed by award winning Australian writer/director Alex Broun, assisted by Alexander Rondel, and performed by a quartet of Dubai’s finest actors, torn is a sexy, fast-paced, brutal, funny, and at times moving dissection of post-millennium relationships.

New York. Today. Four people in various stages of connection…

Susan (Nadine Basiony), a lawyer, is in a relationship with Cade (Osman Aboubakr), an advertising executive. Then there’s Gerry (Basel Yafi), a voice-over artist, who is in love with Daniella, (Kethy Kist) Susan’s PA.

With echoes of Patrick Marber’s Closer, torn is about the impossibility and possibility of love in a modern world where choices abound and nothing is forever. Don’t miss it.
