The FIFA World Cup 2026 kicks off on Thursday 11th June with Mexico v South Africa at 11pm. Before screening the opening match, Bla Bla by McGettigan’s brings you a kick-off concert featuring two of the biggest names in South African music, Ross Learmonth (ex Prime Circle) and Arno Carstens (Springbok **** Girls). The two South African stars will perform their biggest hits including ‘Do You Feel’, ‘Hello’ ‘Breathing’, ‘Blue Eyes’ and ‘Genie’.

The concert will take place in the iconic ‘Tent’ at Bla Bla, transformed into ‘The Stadium’ for the World Cup and part of the biggest Fanzone in Dubai, screening the games on huge screens in ‘The Stadium’, ‘The Arena’ and ‘The Boot Room’.

Doors open at 7.00pm, with South African support artist Aston Wylie from 7.30pm before Ross and Arno take to the stage at 9pm. Tickets are AED 160 including one drink, with Match Only tickets priced at AED 60 including one drink*.
