Comedy stars Dave Chappelle and Trevor Noah will headline the first ever Comedy Festival taking place in Dubai from October 15-24.

Held at various venues across Dubai, the 10 day show will feature American icon Dave Chappelle, as well as South African comic Trevor Noah, at the purpose built 4,500 Dubai Comedy Festival Main Stage venue at Skydive Dubai. Tickets are available in 4 categories: Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver.

Dave Chappelle, an American comedian, producer, actor and screenwriter, has appeared in Con Air and The Nutty Professor, as well as being the star of his own sketch series, Chappelle's Show. Ranked as one of the 100 Greatest Stand Ups of all time by Comedy Central, he was also titled the 'comic genius' of America by Esquire. Trevor Noah, a South African funny man, has been a frequent headliner around the world and more recently stepped into the global spotlight when he took over from Jon Stewart as the host of Comedy Central’s The Daily Show.

Hannibal Buress, Jerrod Carmichael, Nitin Mirani, Mac King, Ali Al Sayed and Bader Saleh are also included in the line-up. American stand up Buress was named one of Variety’s Top 10 Comics to watch, whist Jerrod Carmichael has starred in his own show, The Carmichael Show as well as the Spike Lee directed special ‘Jerrod Carmichael: Love at the Store’. Homegrown international comedian Nitin Mirani was recently UAE and India’s representative in ‘The Funniest Person in the World 2015’ competition. Las Vegas headliner Mac King will bring his hilarious brand of comedy magic to Etisalat Family Day and Ali Al Sayed and Bader Saleh will perform in an opening night of Arabic Comedy.

Away from the Dubai Comedy Festival Main Stage venue the Whose Line is it Anyway team will be showcasing their hilarious antics and hilarious shows by Funny Girls, Dubomedy, Dubai Laughing, The Laughter Factory and Frankie’s Comedy Cellar will take place around the city. Plus don’t miss the free daily street performances at the Comedy Strip @ JBR Walk.
