Children who are eligible for vaccination must also be fully vaccinated, including completion of immunity period, and have proof of vaccination.

There are no exceptions to this rule therefore children not eligible for the vaccination are not permitted to attend.

An unforgettable night with Ragheb Alama as he charms his fans by singing many of his older hit releases along with the latest ones, which are admired by all generations. Ragheb will delight all those who will join us at this magical concert while he purely sings on the stage of the Dubai Opera.  

Ragheb Alama is one of the singers who reached the peak of musical success in the Arab world, having a huge base of loyal fans. Throughout Ragheb’s long successful career, he has released over 18 albums including hundreds of songs. Ragheb Alama owns a unique melodic style that was translated into his vastly popular songs and sold-out concerts.  

All the songs of Ragheb were instantly top-ranked after release, and until today, people still listen, sing, and dance to the rhythms of his oldest songs like: “Ya Rait”, “Aan Jad”, “Albi Asheqha” and “Elli Baana”.

All visitors and tourists to Dubai must show their Government-issued vaccination certificate.  

On arrival at Dubai Opera, Customers must provide the accepted proof listed above.

Both doses must have been administered and the period for immunity completed:-  

AstraZeneca - 15 days after the second dose.  

Pfizer - 2 weeks after the second dose.  

Sinopharm - 28 days after the second dose.

1. Do I need to present a PCR test?

No.  You only need to show proof of First and Second COVID-19 Vaccine doses.  A negative PCR test will not be accepted as a replacement.    

2. Is anyone exempted?

No.  All attendees must be fully vaccinated.

3. I don’t have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine, can I attend the performance? 

No.  Only customers who have proof of First and Second Vaccine doses, on the AL HOSN app / DHA App / printed Dubai Health Authority Vaccination Certificate be able to attend the performance.  Visitor and tourists to Dubai must show their Government-issued vaccination certificate.

4. What if I have only received one dose?

Customers must have received both the First and Second doses of an approved COVID-19 Vaccination, and have completed the immunity requirements which vary for each approved vaccine (AstraZeneca/ Pfizer/ Sinopharm), to gain access to the performance.

5. How long do I have to wait after my second dose before I am considered Vaccinated?

Both vaccine doses must have been administered and the period for immunity completed:-   AstraZeneca - 15 days after the second dose.   Pfizer - 2 weeks after the second dose.   Sinopharm - 28 days after the second dose.

6. Where can I download the AL HOSN app?

The Al HOSN App can be downloaded from HERE (https://www.alhosnapp.ae/en/home/).  Please ensure the information displayed on the App is correct in advance of your visit.

7. Where can I access my Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Vaccination Certificate / Card? 

Vaccination certificates/cards are issued electronically via the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) app.  The DHA app can be downloaded from HERE (https://www.dha.gov.ae/en/Pages/ViewAllSmartApplications.aspx).

8. Do I still need to wear a face mask?

Yes.  As per Dubai Municipality guidelines, all customers must wear their face masks at all times, including during the performance.  You will be asked to leave if you are not wearing your face mask correctly.


House & Event Policies:
2+ years would require a ticket to enter the Auditorium.
Below 2 years are not permitted into the Auditorium.
Patrons under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable pause.
Any use of mobile phones, cameras, and other electronic devices inside the auditorium is strictly prohibited.
The Opera Cafe opens two hours before the performance  


Important information:
Entry may be refused if the below conditions are not met:
-Please make your seat selection strictly based on your group size (1,2,3 or 4).
-Any selection that is not based on the group size can lead to entry rejection on the day of the event.
-The maximum number of seats that can be selected online is up to 4 seats.
-When choosing your seats online please make sure no empty seat remains next to your selection.
-Wearing a face mask is mandatory at all times, including inside the Auditorium.
You will be asked to leave if you are not wearing your face mask correctly.
-Please do not attend if you have COVID symptoms.
