Dress code:  Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for a safe and comfortable Sky View flight. Do not wear loose clothing, shoes, slippers, or long scarves.

The Sky Views Observatory is recommended for visitors aged 12 to 65. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

- Weight restrictions: from 50 to 100 kg.

- Height restrictions: from 130 to 210 cm.

- Please inform the relevant crew if you have any physical or mental disabilities that could cause problems with the walking or sliding experience in Sky Views.

By car: The Sky Views Observatory is located at the address Sky Views Hotel, which is easily accessible by car. You can park in the hotel's parking lot.

By public transport: The hotel is easily accessible by public transport. If you take the metro, you can get off at Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk a short distance to the hotel.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the hotel from anywhere in Dubai. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
