Emotional Freedom Techniques has been transforming the lives of people across the world over the past 20 years. EFT evolved out of an extraordinary experience when a clinical psychologist asked a lady with a strong and lifelong phobia of water to tap an acupuncture meridian under her eye. Incredibly, 50 years of phobia disappeared within a few minutes, despite years of therapy previously!

From this a whole method was developed which can help people profoundly experience relief from a limitless number of challenges and intentions - from general stress, to past trauma, to fear and anxiety and anger, to physical pain, and even to deepen into states of love and gratitude and peace.

When using EFT, shifts in what you are feeling can often be experienced in minutes!

Here are just a small number of areas in which you may wish to apply EFT - perhaps some of these apply to you?:

• You feel that you have so much more potential but it is not being realised.
• There are parts of your past that you just can’t accept, leaving you feelings an undercurrent of anger, powerlessness, shame or sadness.
• There are events in the past you don’t think you could ever come to terms with but suspect they are negatively affecting your life in subtle ways. You would love to feel at peace with these even if it feels impossible.
• You have physical pain that nothing else has managed to help.
• You commonly have feelings of not being good enough.

• You feel a deep sense of shame that holds you back in life from being your confident self.
