  The management reserves the right to implement security measures, including frisking. Any dangerous items, such as weapons, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, are strictly prohibited within the venue.
  
  
• Liability:
  Sponsors, performers, and organizers are not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained during the event. Any legal claims will be addressed in the courts of Dubai.
  
  
• Inebriated Entry:
  Entry may be refused to individuals found to be in an inebriated state.
  
  
• Venue Rules:
  All venue-specific rules and regulations must be followed.
  
  
• Authorized Ticket Purchases:
  Ticket invoice won't be allowed, the attendees will need to show proper tickets with QR.
  It is strongly advised not to purchase Navrang Navratri tickets from secondary ticketing platforms or online selling sites. Tickets acquired through these channels may be invalid or cancelled by the official ticketing platform.
  
  
• Ticket Protection:
  Customers are responsible for safeguarding their tickets from loss or theft. Event organizers are not liable for replacing lost or stolen tickets and will not issue refunds in such instances. This applies to both electronic and printed tickets.
  
  
• Electronic Tickets:
  If an electronic ticket is copied or stolen (e.g., through a compromised email or shared email address) and used before the customer arrives at the event, the customer will be denied entry. No refunds will be provided in such cases. Customers are advised to protect their electronic tickets as they would physical ones.
  
  
  
• Event Photography & Videography:
  Organizers will be recording photos and videos of the event for promotional and archival purposes. Attendance at the event constitutes consent to be included in such recordings, with no obligation or compensation towards event attendees. The use of professional cameras or recording equipment by attendees is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from the organizers.
  
  
  
• Outside Food and Beverages:
  Bringing outside food and beverages into the venue is strictly prohibited.
