• On entry, customers must display a valid photo identification document (original national ID, driving license, or passport) matching the name on the debit/credit card used for purchase.
• Customers must abide by any dress code set by the Event Organizer, if applicable.
• Customers are responsible for attending the event at the correct time; non-attended events will not be refunded.
• Platinumlist accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal property, injuries, or losses sustained at the event.
• Platinumlist will not be responsible for lost or damaged tickets.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry once the show has started. 
• No re-entry allowed.
• The event artist lineup is subject to change at any time.

• Guests must download the Platinum list App.
• Only the app‑issued dynamic QR code grants entry.
• Tickets cannot be printed — scanning must occur from the app.

Kuwait’s Timeless Nights is a respectful cultural event, celebrating the strong partnership and shared values between the UAE and Kuwait. Guests are kindly requested to dress modestly and appropriately in line with local customs and the event’s formal setting.

• Smart casual or traditional national attire is encouraged.
• Avoid revealing or offensive clothing.
• Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to guests who are not suitably dressed.

By attending the event, guests agree to:

• Follow all instructions from Security and event staff
• Behave respectfully toward others
• Comply with all venue safety and access policies
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour that may endanger others

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are strictly prohibited or restricted within the Kuwait’s Timeless Nights event site at Burj Park. All guests will be subject to bag checks and security screening at entry.

Prohibited Items:

• Firearms or ammunition
• Weapons or sharp objects
• Explosive devices, fireworks, or flares
• Illegal substances or drugs
• Alcohol or intoxicated persons
• Food or drink (other than sealed water bottles or medically required food)
• Glass containers or bottles
• Large bags, coolers, or hard cases
• Bikes, scooters, skateboards, e-scooters
• Strollers, umbrellas, or camping chairs (no storage onsite)
• Drones or remote-controlled devices
• Placards, political signs, or clothing with offensive or political messages
• Laser pointers
• Animals (except registered service animals)
• Toxic or corrosive materials

• Professional cameras (DSLRs or equipment with detachable lenses)
• Video cameras or audio recording devices
• Flash photography or filming
• Selfie sticks
• Signage, banners, or flags
• Radio communications equipment
• Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by security staff

Note: There will be no onsite storage for restricted or prohibited items. Items surrendered at the gate will not be returned.

By Metro:
Take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Station. Exit towards Dubai Mall and follow signs to Burj Park. Approx. 15–20 minutes walk.

By Taxi / Ride-Hailing:
Request drop-off at Dubai Opera or Burj Plaza. A short walk to Burj Park.

By Car:
Access Downtown Dubai via Sheikh Zayed Road. Use nearby public parking at Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, or Time Out Market (subject to availability).
