• POD+1  caregiver free admission

• Valid tickets and IDs must be presented at the entrance for admission. Expo City Dubai reserves the right to deny any entrance in the event no valid documents are presented as requested.
• There is no age restriction for this event, but everyone aged 3+ must carry a valid ticket.
•  Children below 3 years will avail free entry.
• Children must be accompanied by someone aged 21yrs+.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable non-exchangeable.
• General Admission is on a first come first served basis.
• Guests are advised that views of the performance may vary, depending on the seats available.
• Expo City Dubai reserves the right to change the event details, including date, time, venue, or lineup, without prior notice.
• All ticket holders are expected to behave in a respectful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: (i) Harassment or discrimination of any kind; (ii) Illegal activities (iii) Violence or aggressive behavior
• Ticket Holders are subject to search upon entry and at any time during the event. Weapons, drugs, and outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Expo City Dubai is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
• The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes by Expo City Dubai. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in any such materials.
• No professional photography or recording equipment are allowed.
• In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event, ticket holders will be notified. Refund policies will be communicated based on the circumstances.
• All arrangements are based on estimated capacity; the Organizer accepts no liability for any shortages or limitations arising from attendance exceeding planned capacity and shall not provide alternatives or refunds in such cases.
• The ticket holders are required to comply with all guidelines, policies, instructions, and regulations set forth by Expo City Dubai.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

The following items are prohibited:

• externally purchased food and beverage
• hard-cased cooler bags
• chairs/stools
• professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, or audio or video recorders
• bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm
• flags, banners, posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, and flag poles of any size; content must not be offensive in any nature
• bicycles / skateboards / skates / scooters
• strollers**
• alcohol or illegal substances of any kind
• weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
• tennis balls / golf balls / footballs / basketballs or the like
• chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts
• fireworks or flares
• laser pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters
• drones and or other remote-controlled devices
• glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage
• motorbike helmets or balaclavas
• horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise-making devices
• umbrellas longer than 30cm (when in the closed position)
• animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)
