Saturdays at the House

• People of Determination (POD) and one accompanying caregiver are admitted free of charge upon presentation of a valid POD ID card and an entry ticket obtained on-site.
• Kids' workshops operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Certain workshops and activities are subject to minimum age requirements, which will be indicated on-site, and staff decisions regarding age suitability are final.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• Prohibited items. Outside food and beverages, alcoholic drinks, sharp objects, and any other items deemed unsafe or inappropriate by staff are not permitted on-site.
• Personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own personal items at all times. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to belongings brought onto the premises.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the premises at its sole discretion, including for inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, or failure to comply with venue rules and staff instructions.
• Participation in all activities and workshops is entirely at the guest's own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained on the premises, save where caused by proven gross negligence.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the programme, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, including due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control.
• By entering the premises, guests acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. The organiser may use such images, footage, and recordings, in whole or in part, for marketing, promotional, editorial, and social media purposes across any current or future media, without further notice.

The following items are prohibited:

• externally purchased food and beverage
• hard-cased cooler bags
• chairs/stools
• professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, or audio or video recorders
• bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm
• flags, banners, posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, and flag poles of any size; content must not be offensive in any nature
• bicycles / skateboards / skates / scooters
• alcohol or illegal substances of any kind
• weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
• tennis balls / golf balls / footballs / basketballs or the like
• chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts
• fireworks or flares
• laser pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters
• drones and or other remote-controlled devices
• glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage
• motorbike helmets or balaclavas
• horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise-making devices
• umbrellas longer than 30cm (when in the closed position)
• animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)
