What is Arabian Soul Fest?

Arabian Soul Fest is Dubai’s premier wellness and lifestyle festival bringing together wellness, fitness, mindfulness, therapies,creative arts, conscious brands, music and community experiences.

The event will take place in Zabeel Park Dubai, UAE.

Is the event family friendly?

Yes. Arabian Soul Fest welcomes individuals, families and children. Dedicated kids activities and wellness experiences will be available in the “Little Souls” zone.

Are children allowed?

Yes. Children are welcome under parental supervision. Certain sessions may have age restrictions.

Will food and beverages be available?

Yes. A curated selection of wellness food vendors, organic cuisine and healthy beverage partners will be present at the festival.

Are yoga mats or workout equipment provided?

For select sessions, equipment may be provided. However, guests are encouraged to carry personal yoga mats and essentials for comfort.

What should I wear?

Comfortable activewear, breathable clothing and suitable footwear are recommended.

Is parking available?

Parking details and transportation information will be announced closer to the event date.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

Re-entry policies may vary depending on ticket category and venue guidelines.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are permitted inside the festival venue except registered service animals.

Will tickets be available at the venue?

Subject to availability, tickets may be available onsite. Advance booking is strongly recommended.

Are refunds available?

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Ticket transfer policies will be governed by Platinumlist ticketing guidelines and organizer approval.

Will there be photography and videography?

Yes. By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes.

All attendees must possess a valid ticket for entry.
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is officially cancelled.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee engaging in disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
The organizer reserves the right to amend the event schedule, programming, speakers, performers, zones or activities without prior notice.
Attendees participate in all wellness, fitness and movement activities at their own risk.
Guests are advised to consult a medical professional before participating in physically demanding sessions.
Arabian Soul Fest, venue management and organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft or damage sustained during the event.
Certain experiences or workshops may have limited capacity and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Outside food and beverages will not be permitted inside the venue except medically required items.
Professional photography, videography, drones and recording equipment are prohibited unless authorized by the organizer.
By attending the event, guests consent to photography and videography for promotional use.
The organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks at entry points.
The use of illegal substances, weapons or prohibited materials is strictly forbidden.
Smoking and vaping will not be permitted.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers may be invalid.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to intoxicated individuals.
Re-entry policies will be subject to organizer and venue regulations.
In case of force majeure, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or modify the event.
Attendees must comply with all UAE laws and venue regulations during the event.
Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of all festival terms and conditions.

The organizer reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and deny entry if necessary.

By car: To reach your destination head northeast on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed St/D88 and continue straight to stay on the same road. Turn right onto Sheikh Rashid Rd/D75, then turn right following the signs for Za'abeel Park/Area B/Area C/Area A. Continue straight and enter the roundabout. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: You can easily reach your destination by taking the MRed lines towards the Max Metro Station and take a short walk from there.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
