Admission and Age Policy
- All guests must hold a valid ticket, which will be scanned upon entry.
- Dopa World is strictly a 12+ event.
- Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
- Valid identification may be requested for age verification. Accepted identification includes an original Emirates ID, original passport, or digital identification through the UAE ICP App.
- Foreign driving licences are not accepted as proof of age.
- Each ticket permits one-time entry only. Re-entry will not be allowed after leaving the venue.
- Accessible entry is available for People of Determination. Accessible tickets must be purchased in advance.
Tickets
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and wristbands will not be replaced.
- Tickets must only be purchased through official ticketing partners.
- Resale of tickets for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
- Admission may be refused if a ticket is suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, altered, or purchased through an unauthorized source.
Event Programme
- Artists, performances, timings, activities, and the event schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
- Changes to the lineup or programme will not automatically qualify ticket holders for a refund.
- The organizer may amend event arrangements when required for operational, production, safety, regulatory, or licensing reasons.
Bags and Personal Belongings
- Bags larger than 30 × 30 × 15 cm are not permitted inside the venue.
- No cloakroom or storage facilities will be available.
- Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings.
- Security may inspect all bags and personal items before admission.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted inside the venue:
- Weapons or objects that may reasonably be considered dangerous
- Glass containers
- Fireworks, flares, firecrackers, explosives, or flammable materials
- Illegal substances
- Medication that is not kept in its original labelled packaging
- Lasers or laser pointers
- Professional cameras with detachable lenses
- Large filming, recording, or audio equipment
- Selfie sticks
- Megaphones, air horns, or sound-amplification devices
- Foldable chairs or personal seating equipment
- Large flags, banners, or signs
- Musical instruments
- Unauthorized promotional materials, flyers, stickers, or commercial solicitation
- Wireless card machines or unauthorized sales equipment
- Laptop or tablet computers
- Helmets, masks, or face coverings intended to conceal identity
- Any item considered unsafe or unsuitable by event security or management
Security reserves the right to refuse entry with, confiscate, or require the disposal of prohibited items.
Food, Beverages, and Payments
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
- Dopa World operates as a cashless event.
- All purchases must be completed using cards or accepted digital payment methods. Cash will not be accepted.
- Unauthorized selling or distribution of products is prohibited.
Conduct and Safety
- All attendees must comply with the event code of conduct, venue regulations, safety procedures, and instructions issued by event staff and security.
- Guests must behave respectfully toward performers, employees, vendors, contractors, and other attendees.
- Harassment, discrimination, violence, threatening behaviour, vandalism, unauthorized access, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate, without refund.
Photography and Filming
Dopa World will be professionally photographed, filmed, and recorded.
By entering the venue, attendees acknowledge and consent to appearing in photographs, video footage, livestreams, or audio recordings.
Such content may be used by Dopa World, Dopa Media, sponsors, partners, and authorized media outlets for promotional, editorial, advertising, archival, and marketing purposes across:
- Social media platforms
- Websites and digital campaigns
- Email newsletters
- Printed promotional materials
- Media publications
- Sponsor and partner channels
Guests who do not wish to be directly photographed or interviewed should inform a member of the event team where reasonably possible.
Personal Data
Personal information collected through ticket purchases, registrations, competitions, or event activities may be used for:
- Ticketing and operational communications
- Event updates and announcements
- Customer service
- Relevant communications relating to Dopa World
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and the privacy policies of the organizer and authorized ticketing partners.
Parking and Transportation
- Parking availability may be limited and is not guaranteed with the purchase of a ticket.
- Guests are encouraged to plan their journey and arrival time in advance.
- The organizer is not responsible for traffic conditions, transportation delays, parking limitations, or late arrival.
