Yes, your ticket includes one kids workshop. All other workshops and activities are paid. Workshop included in the ticket price is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

Yes! Enjoy themed food stalls, seasonal drinks, sweet treats, and hearty fall snacks. You can also explore Expo City Dubai’s restaurants and cafés nearby.

3.Are there bathrooms at the event?
Yes. Multiple clean and family-friendly restrooms are available near the event area, including accessible toilets and baby-changing stations.

4.Is there a mosque for prayers near Al Wasl Plaza?
Yes. There are mosques located within walking distance of Al Wasl Plaza, offering convenience for prayers before, during, or after events.

5.Are pets allowed at the festival?
Yes, pets are allowed.

6.Is the venue accessible for People of Determination?
Expo City Dubai is fully accessible, with wheelchair-friendly paths, priority seating, accessible restrooms, and dedicated support to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience.

7.Are buggies available inside Expo City?
Yes.paid buggy shuttles operate throughout Expo City for easy access to the venue.

9.Who can attend the event?
Families and visitors of all nationalities are welcome to attend and experience the celebration of Mexican culture

By purchasing a ticket for Fall Celebration (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Event Organizer” means Expo City Dubai and its affiliates and subsidiaries, including 21Experiences FZCO, as applicable.

• Tickets: A valid ticket is required for all attendees aged 3 years and above. Tickets cost AED 30 per person, inclusive of VAT. Children under 3 enter free of charge.

• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law.

• Admission: The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone without a valid ticket or who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• Workshops and Activities: Workshops included in the ticket price are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Additional charges may apply to certain activities, workshops, food and beverages.

• Children: Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of children accompanying them throughout the Event.

• Conduct: Attendees must behave respectfully and comply with all applicable venue rules, safety instructions and Event Organizer policies. The Event Organizer may refuse admission or remove anyone engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behaviour without a refund.

• Age Restrictions: There is no minimum age restriction. Children under 3 enter free of charge, while attendees aged 3 and above require a valid ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or above.

• Photography and Filming: The Event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the Event Organizer using your image or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

• Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Event Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, partners, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or claims of any kind arising from or in connection with the Event. By attending, attendees waive and release such parties from any and all liability.

• Availability: All activities and arrangements are subject to availability and capacity. The Event Organizer shall not be responsible for shortages, unavailable activities or capacity limitations, and no refunds or alternatives will be provided on those grounds, except as required by applicable law.

• Event Changes: The Event Organizer reserves the right to change, reschedule or cancel the Event or any of its activities. Any refunds arising from cancellation or rescheduling will be subject to applicable law.

• Amendments: The Event Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law. Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

• bicycles / skateboards / skates / electric scooters

• *Strollers must be parked outside the Venue (Al Wasl Plaza).

• alcohol or illegal substances of any kind

• weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile

• tennis balls / golf balls / footballs / basketballs or the like

• chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts

• fireworks or flares

• laser pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters

• drones and or other remote-controlled devices

• glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage

• motorbike helmets or balaclavas

• horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise-making devices

• umbrellas longer than 30cm (when in the closed position)
