General Guidelines:
Arrival Time: Be at least 45 minutes before your flight.
Weight Information: You must provide your accurate weight when booking. Failure to do so could cancel your flight, and the ticket is non-refundable.
ID Requirement: Show a government-issued ID at check-in.
Weight Risk: By proceeding with the booking, passengers accept the risk of being unable to fly due to weight restrictions and the ticket won’t be refunded.
Seatbelt Extender: Passengers needing a seatbelt extender cannot fly due to safety regulations. The ticket remains non-refundable.
Weather/Changes: Flights may be canceled last minute due to weather. If this happens, you can either reschedule or get a refund without extra charges.
Weight & Safety Limits:
Weight per Passenger: For the safety and comfort, the weight limit is set to 115 kg per person.
For Shared Flights: The maximum weight per passenger is 140 kg. If you're near or above this, consider booking a private flight for a higher chance of flying.
Not Guaranteed: Passengers near the weight limit aren’t guaranteed to fly. Weight distribution is important, but HeliDubai will try to accommodate you on another flight the same day (if available).
Additional Seat: Passengers exceeding or nearing the weight limit may be required to purchase an additional seat to maintain balance (subject to availability).
Private Tour:
Group Weight Limit: The total body weight limit for a private flight is 420 kg. If your group exceeds this, contact reservations in advance.
Possible Rescheduling: Even if everyone is within the limit, the flight may be rescheduled if balance requirements are not met.

Children’s Policy:
