One warehouse. 50,000 sq.ft of soundproofed space. 5 artists. July 4th marks the initiation of a new movement here in Dubai as we feed into the core of dance music culture.

Just a 15-minute drive away from anywhere in city, this not yet disclosed venue will be housing some of the best artists the industry has to offer every month. James Zabiela – described by @residentadvisor as a technical Jedi’, James Zabiela pushes the boundaries of DJing to the absolute limit every time he plays. Hailing from the generation that set the tone for what the industry has become today, the Bold Electric label owner has been around since the beginning of the millennia - constantly reinventing his sound and keeping himself at the forefront of the industry every step of the way. + video link + SoundCloud link.

Teenage Mutants - the past few years have seen the German techno duo tirelessly forge their place on the map with their production techniques, thus attaining an excellent reputation worldwide. Teenage mutants having associations with Stil Vor talent, Suara & Noir, and showcases with Boiler Room in Berlin, are sure to bring plenty of energy and have a huge impact on the night.

Sebastian Mullaert - the artist’s artist, when you listen to Sebastian Mullaert’s music you will feel a resonance that delivers truth, integrity and reminds us to simply be. The Swedish ‘Circle of Live’ artist is leaving his remote forest hideout to come and deliver an intricate live set for us at The Grid. Very exciting.

Josephine De retour - the incurable music head that is Josephine De Retour, resident at the exemplary ‘Deep Like’ series here in Dubai with regular appearances across the globe, including clubs such as Katerblau in Berlin, she has gained a wealth of experience in her field. Be sure to show up early and support this local gem as she warms up the house for our experienced party goers.

MadLou - the founder of The Grid has been regularly running the circuits of the regional scene as well as multiple European tours and appearances in some major festivals such as ADE, Burning Man, Garbage festival & Gardens of Babylon at the monastery. Taking the reins on the night, he will be curating the sound as he pours over a decade of dance music experience and a natural born showmanship into every one of his sets.
