British guitarist Gary Ryan has won international critical acclaim for his exceptional technical control, musical insight and entertaining recital programmes. He is also well known for his highly innovative guitar compositions and was awarded a prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Music, London, by HRH Prince Charles in recognition of his outstanding achievements in the international musical world.

The programme for Music in the Studio will feature works by Micheal Praetorius, John Dowland, Johann Sebastian Bach, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Roland Dyens and Leo Brouwer alongside Gary Ryan's compositions and some arrangements of folk tunes from various countries.
