Terrible

On my first day in Dubai, I was looking forward to my first exciting activity - Edge walk. I got lost even though I started to make my way 30-45 minutes before it started, as different Dubai Mall staff gave limited or wrong directions! I was told by the attendant at the front desk that Platinumlist would allow me to rebook. They absolutely refused! It was a lot of money and I worked months to save for this bucket list trip! I asked to reschedule or even get reimbursed just half of the cost, but they said no. Horribly unreasonable! I will Never book with Platinumlist again!

The staffs were very professional and systematic procedures were in place. The staff didn’t push us to finish and complete but instead let us roam a bit while chatting away with customers and making us do various positions for photoshoots. Overall experience was amazing! Definitely will be back with my Wife 🤭
