House policies:
- The event voucher must be produced to gain entry into the event.
- The voucher is only valid for the specific date, time and event shown.
- Latecomers will be granted entry at the discretion of the duty manager.
- The voucher includes 3 course set meal, 2-hour beverage package and 2-hour immersive show.
- The pay bar opens 30 min before the event.
- All seats are combined in tables of 8 or 10 guests. Smaller groups will be seated on joined tables with other guests.
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

- All guests attending the event must agree with and abide by the following conditions.
- Failure to do so will result in no entry to the event.
- Security checks will apply at all entrances.
- Queuing systems will be in line with social distancing regulations and in place throughout the venue.
- Strictly NO readmission.

- No vaccination or PCR test is needed to attend this show.
