This luminous reinvention of a myth, full of humor, cruelty, and emotion, follows the moving journey of a Cinderella of today.

Barely out of childhood, a very young girl stood at the bedside of her gravely ill mother. Not having fully understood the final murmur of the dying woman, here is the young girl linked to this sentence: "As long as you think of me all the time, without ever forgetting me for more than five minutes, I will never really die".

Cinderella or how to navigate between the ashes of the past, the reality that imposes itself, the effervescent life, and an overflowing imagination? These are the questions posed with delicacy and poetry by Joël Pommerat.
