Guests must present their ticket upon entry and retain it at all times while inside the Waterpark.
Tickets are valid only for the date specified and for a single entry. Re-entry is not permitted.
The Waterpark reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for violation of these Terms or for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior.
Guest Conduct: Guests must behave safely and respectfully at all times, follow staff instructions and posted rules, and must not engage in running, rough play, abusive language, or any behavior that could endanger themselves or others.
Health and Safety: Guests must follow all health and safety guidelines, comply with attraction restrictions (including height, weight, and medical conditions), and understand that access to rides may be limited for safety reasons.
Dress Code: Guests must wear appropriate swimwear at all times, and clothing with metal parts, sharp objects, or inappropriate content is not allowed on rides.
Guests must follow all instructions given by Waterpark staff before and during the use of attractions.
The Waterpark reserves the right to close any attraction at any time for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times waterpark is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Waterpark shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by guests while using the facilities.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by Waterpark management.
The Waterpark may change, suspend, or close any attraction or facility at any time without prior notice.

Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the experience.

By Car / Taxi: From Dubai Airport, the waterpark is a 10–15 minute drive (8–12 km). Taxis and ride‑hailing services like Careem or Uber are widely available. From Downtown Dubai, it’s about 15–20 minutes via Sheikh Rashid Road. Free parking is available at the hotel, and Google Maps can guide you directly.

Public Transport: Take the Green Line to Healthcare City Metro Station, then a short taxi or bus ride to the waterpark. RTA buses also stop nearby, with a brief walk or taxi needed from the stop. Use a Nol card for easy cash-free travel.
