Ticket Information:

• Passengers must purchase a ticket and present it upon boarding, along with their Emirates ID or Passport, at least 15 minutes before the cruise time
• Latecomers without tickets or documents will not be refunded.

• 90 Mins Guided Sightseeing Tour Dress Code: Please wear flat-soled shoes or beach sandals, and comfortable, light clothing. 
• Age and Health Restrictions: 
• To ensure safety, infants are not allowed on this trip. This trip is also not suitable for pregnant women.
• People with back issues and other medical-related conditions that can be worsened by sudden boat movements and sea motion are not allowed on this boat trip. 
• Life jackets are mandatory for all passengers; non-compliance may lead to eviction without a refund.
• The tour takes place inside the boat with seated passengers; Please be advised that all passengers must remain inside the boat throughout the duration of the tour. The stopovers are for photo opportunities and live commentary.
• The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm to passengers or their property
• The seating arrangement is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. But, as our boats are open, rest assured that you will get a 360-degree view of all the attractions on any seat you choose

By car:  Take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to Dubai Marina which is the nearest spot to the boarding point. Park at Marina Mall where 3 hours of free parking is available.  

By public transportation: Take the Dubai Metro to DMCC Metro Station, then take a taxi to the Xclusive Marina - Behind Al Majara Tower.   

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the Xclusive Marina - Behind Al Majara Tower from anywhere in Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers will be familiar with the location.
