Ed Sheeran & Lewis Capaldi Tribute Show at Theatre by QE2, Dubai

Outside the Box Events are thrilled to present this outstanding new show - “Ed Sheeran vs. Lewis Capaldi (An EPIC Tribute!)” featuring the incredible music of two of the world’s finest singer-songwriters.

Fronting the show is amazing tribute artiste, Tom White, as both Ed and Lewis (one in each half of the show). With an insanely talented band accompanying Tom, “Sheeran vs. Capaldi” has it all – from signature loops to soulful singalongs, via beatbox raps and aching acoustic arrangements.
The show draws from Ed’s multi-million selling albums Divide, Multiply, Plus and Equals , and from Lewis’s Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent and Broken By Desire to be Heavenly Sent, “Sheeran vs. Capaldi” delivers all the best and biggest hits from both these amazing songbooks, in a totally live performance that will grip you throughout.

In the first half of the show, Tom White covers LEWIS CAPALDI songs including his multi-platinum hits including HOLD ME WHILE YOU WAIT, BRUISES, GRACE and, of course, UK no.1 singles BEFORE YOU GO, POINTLESS and WISH YOU THE BEST. Tom also sings the biggest selling song of 2019, SOMEONE YOU LOVED, which went on to become the longest-running top 10 UK single of all time by a British artist, streamed over 1 billion times world-wide and certified platinum in 18 countries.

In the second half, Tom White helps you fall in love again to the ED SHEERAN songs that touched us all, including THINKING OUT LOUD, THE A-TEAM, CASTLE ON THE HILL, GALWAY GIRL, BAD HABITS and OVERPASS GRAFFITI as well as chart toppers such as PERFECT, SHAPE OF YOU and PHOTOGRAPH. Tom covers all your Sheeran favorite's!

• The event ticket must be produced to gain entry into the event.
• The ticket is only valid for the specific date, time, and event shown.
• Latecomers will be granted entry at the discretion of the duty manager.
• F&B is not allowed in the theatre.
• The bar opens 1 hour before the performance.
• Seats allocated at the time of booking are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• No professional cameras, audio, or video recorders are allowed.
• Strollers and bags of any size are prohibited inside the theatre and no storage facilities are available.

How to get there:  

• By car: You can follow Sheikh Zayed Road towards Port Rashid, then follow signs for Queen Elizabeth 2.   
• By public transportation: Take the Red Line metro and get off at BurJuman Metro Station. From there, take a taxi or rideshare to reach Queen Elizabeth 2.   
• By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the Queen Elizabeth 2 from anywhere in Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
