Everything including the food, the organization, the tables allocation. The whole area was not well prepared to receive thousands of guests. Dance floor is terrible and people standing on the dance floor completely close the view of the stage and the performance. Seated guests can not enjoy the show as nothing can be seen and tons of standing guests at the front. Food selection is horrible, not fresh, not designed for European market, not fine cuisine and the cost of the ticket is an absolute disaster in comparison of what you get for it. First time and never ever again. New Years Nightmare. Oh yes, firewalls are not visible as hidden behind the stage. Misleading publicity when purchase the ticket as you believe to be in Atlantis The Royal while it is sold for Atlantis The Palm

The doors open at 07:00 p.m. and the show starts at 08:00 p.m.

How to get there
By car: Take Exit 29 onto Al Safouh Road (also known as King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street). Then follow signs to Atlantis, The Palm on Crescent Road.

By public transportation: Take the Red Line (Route 2) towards Jebel Ali, and transfer to a taxi or another mode of transportation at Nakheel Metro Station to reach the Palm Jumeirah where the hotel is located.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the Atlantis, The Palm from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
