The two-day event will include a main plenary, 20 workshops, and side sessions led by internationally renowned experts, along with exciting exhibitions showcasing the future of liveable, sustainable, and digitally enabled urban environments.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore Expo City Dubai, an ecosystem and mixed-use community grounded in social and environmental sustainability, representing the physical legacy of the most sustainable World Expo in history.

1. Ticket validity

The ticket is valid only for the specified event and date. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue without prior notice. Any such changes will not result in a refund.

5. Lost or stolen tickets

The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to keep the ticket secure.

6. Cancellation or postponement

In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organizer will communicate details regarding refunds or alternative arrangements. Ticket holders are advised to check for updates regularly.

7. Conduct and safety

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior. The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attendance, including injury or property damage.

8. Photography and recording

The organizer retains the right to use any photographs or recordings for promotional purposes.

9. Force majeure

The organizer is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, such as acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

10. Liability

The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by their negligence.

11. Ticket scalping

Reselling tickets at a price higher than face value is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the ticket without a refund.

12. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

By car: The Connect Conference Centre (C3) is located at Expo City Dubai and is easily accessible by car. Delegates can park at Opportunity Parking B free of cost, close to the Opportunity entrance.

By public transportation: Expo City is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are using the metro, you can get off at the Expo 2020 station and take a short walk to the location.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the city from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
