• Security Procedures: The management reserves the right to implement security measures, including frisking. Any dangerous items, such as weapons, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, are strictly prohibited within the venue.
• Liability: Sponsors, performers, and organizers are not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained during the event. Any legal claims will be addressed in the courts of Dubai.
• Inebriated Entry: Entry may be refused to individuals found to be in an inebriated state.
• Late Entry: The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to those arriving late.
• Venue Rules: All venue-specific rules and regulations must be followed.
• Authorized Ticket Purchases: It is strongly advised not to purchase Navrang Navratri tickets from secondary ticketing platforms or online selling sites. Tickets acquired through these channels may be invalid or canceled by the official ticketing platform.
• Ticket Protection: Customers are responsible for safeguarding their tickets from loss or theft. Event organizers are not liable for replacing lost or stolen tickets and will not issue refunds in such instances. This applies to both electronic and printed tickets.
• Electronic Tickets: If an electronic ticket is copied or stolen (e.g., through a compromised email or shared email address) and used before the customer arrives at the event, the customer will be denied entry. No refunds will be provided in such cases. Customers are advised to protect their electronic tickets as they would physical ones.
• Age Restrictions: Patrons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All attendees, including children over the age of 12, are required to have a valid ticket for entry.
• Outside Food and Beverages: Bringing outside food and beverages into the venue is strictly prohibited.
