I bought nine tickets and shared them with my family and friends through the Platinum List app so they could enter at their own convenience. However, when the first two family members entered, despite only scanning their two tickets, all nine tickets were marked as scanned. When the rest of our group tried to enter, it showed that their tickets had already been used, causing a lot of confusion. The staff refused to let us in, and we had to explain the situation to the coordinators and eventually managed to get in after much hassle. They told us that all the tickets had the same QR code, so everyone was supposed to enter together. This left me questioning the point of the "share ticket" option in the app—it was completely confusing, and we had to argue our way through just to get in.

The location especially the parking. It said valet parking available but not even the self parking option was available at the location. We had to park it 1km away and walk all the way to the event. Location was a disaster
