Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18+ for entry.
All attendees, including children above 12 months, must have a valid ticket for entry to Coca-Cola Arena.
No re-entry or exit once you've entered the venue.

It is the responsibility of customers to protect their tickets from loss or theft.
Platinumlist is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen Tickets and does not issue refunds for lost or stolen Tickets. This applies to electronically issued tickets as well as printed tickets. In the event, that a customer’s electronic ticket is copied/stolen (e.g. via hacked email, or through delivery to a shared email address) and the ticket is used and scanned before the customer enters the event, the customer will be refused entry as the ticket will have been canceled at the time of first use. No refund will be offered to the customer in this case. Customers are strongly advised to protect their electronic tickets with the same caution and care they would protect a physical printed ticket from theft.

By car: Coca-Cola Arena is located in the City Walk area and it's easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road. From Sheikh Zayed Road, take Exit 47 towards Al Safa Street and follow the signs for City Walk.

By public transportation: Coca-Cola Arena Dubai is easily accessible by metro, you can take the Red Line and get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station. From there, you can walk a few minutes to reach Coca-Cola Arena.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Coca-Cola Arena Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
