By car: Both At The Top, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo are located in The Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car. You can easily park the car in The Dubai Mall parking.

By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass. Once you get to Dubai Mall, you need to walk through the mall to the lower ground floor (also referred to as LG).

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.

Terrible

Awful experience. The QR code on the tickets was unreadable - we spent at least 30 minutes trying to solve the issue.
Moreover, Platinum charged without warning for the PDF version of the tickets and for some refund guarantee we did not asked.

Burj Khalifa visit has been disastrous as we just experienced 30mins of standing in queues to reach for the lifts to enter during going up. Not really great to see from the top during the night time and have to stand in queues again for a hour at the lift to reach down. It is a sheer waste of time and money and nothing great.
