• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or a responsible adult aged 20 years and above at all times. Dropping off children without a guardian is strictly not allowed.
• Entry is strictly limited to day pass access only.
• Guests are required to wear proper swimwear at all times. Cotton materials, jeans, and regular clothing are strictly prohibited.
• Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted within the premises.
• Splash ’n’ Party reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for safety reasons, inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or if a guest is deemed at risk due to age, size, or ability.
• All tickets and bookings are final. No refunds, cancellations, amendments, or transfers are allowed once purchased.
• By entering, guests consent to photos or videos (including children) being used for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes. Commercial photography is not allowed without permission.
• Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Guests acknowledge the possibility of injury and accept responsibility for participating.
• All guests must follow park rules, staff instructions, and ride-specific age/height restrictions at all times.
• Attractions, services, or access may be limited or closed due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances without compensation.
• Guests may be subject to security checks and must follow all government safety, health, and public guidelines applicable at the time of visit.
• Non-swimmers should not use deep or adult pool areas.
