Celebrate Australia Day with Clé Dubai’s very own Australian chef and author Greg Malouf on January 26th from 3:30 to 5:00pm. Join Greg in the kitchen for a day and learn the art of contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine. Participants also get to take home their very own Clé Dubai Chef’s apron and a signed copy of Greg’s newest book “New Feast: Modern Middle Eastern Vegetarian.” Classes are priced at 500 AED per person.
