• Please note that you will receive the ticket to Dubai frame for the date you selected on the calendar. You will then receive another email with your audioguide that you can use in Old Dubai 
• The ticket includes a self-guided audio tour crafted by accredited archeologists. You will have access to the audio guide on your phone.
• No live guide will accompany you, and no VR/AR is included.
• An Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone is required. The audio tour is incompatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation.
• You will need storage space on your phone (100-150 MB).
• The Old Dubai City Tour is wheelchair accessible.
• The tour does not provide tickets to museums/cultural institutions.
