What is the child ticketing policy?

A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 11 years.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 3 years may travel free of charge.
Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

I have a few hours stopover between my flights and want to take a tour. Which is the nearest stop to the airport?

Dubai Creek (Red Route, Stop 7) is the nearest stop to Dubai International airport. The best way to get there from the airport is via a short taxi ride.

Day Tour Departure Times

First tour of the day departs at 9:00 am from Stop 1 at Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, and buses will come every 30 – 40 minutes until 5.00 pm depending on the of time of year.
Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 4 the Royal Palace and Stop 22 at Atlantis the Palm however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 20 Big Bus stops. Please see more details on your voucher

This experience has a no cancellation policy.

By car: To reach your destination, head on Sheikh Zayed Rd. (E11), taking exit 47 toward Sheikh Zayed Rd./E11. Continue on the ramp to Al Meydan St/D69 E, then merge onto Sheikh Zayed Rd. Take exit 50 for Financial Center St/D71/Al Safa St, heading toward Burj Khalifa. Follow signs for Burj Khalifa, turn right onto Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd, and proceed to your destination. GPS navigation is advised.

By public transportation: Take the MRed lines to the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station stop, and take a short 11-minute walk from there.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.

What a fantastic day out! The Hop On Hop Off Tour was the best way to see all the iconic sights of Dubai, and the Arabian Dhow Cruise was a lovely addition. A perfect combination of sightseeing and relaxation!
