The hot air balloon experience is situated within Atlantis' Aquaventure Waterpark, featuring an array of thrilling adventure rides.

Weather Dependency: The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis can reach heights of up to 300m and may be canceled due to weather conditions, with the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Flight Duration: Each flight lasts 10 minutes, but plan for additional time due to safety briefings, loading, unloading, and queues.
Dress Code: Casual clothing is recommended, including shorts, t-shirts, and dresses. Swimming attire permitted if visiting Aquaventure Waterpark.
Accessibility: Wheelchairs and strollers are accommodated; Request assistance from ground crew. Must have a braking system. Complimentary on-site wheelchairs are available.
Ticket Redemption: Obtain wristbands at the Avenues at Atlantis ticketing office to access the attraction.
Children Policy: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Infants under three receive a complimentary ticket with a valid adult ticket.
Proof of age: Proof of age is required for child and infant ticket redemption.

By car: Head southwest following signs for The Palm Jumeirah, enter the Palm Jumeirah via Palm Jumeirah Road, proceed to Atlantis The Palm, and follow directions to The Avenues.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to The Palm Jumeirah from anywhere in Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers will be familiar with the location.
