Highlights from the 4-course menu include local a starter of locally sourced Oysters keeping in line with Hiltons sustainable initiatives served with Green Asparagus, Leek and Truffle another highlight of the meal includes what can only be described as a work of art almost too beautiful to eat and a treat to the senses “Organic Butterflies” a bold and bright vegetarian dish with exciting sauces and purées.
