2.What do I receive when I purchase the Season Pass?
You will receive your physical Season Pass in a folder that includes all details about your pass and benefits, along with a lanyard and one exclusive Al Wasl Season enamel pin.
3. What is the difference between the Al Wasl Season Pass and the Al Wasl Season VIP Season Pass?
All the details mentioned in the benefits section of the pass page. In general, Al Wasl Season pass allows you with a child below 12 years unlimited access to select events and various perks and benefits in addition to an exclusive Al Wasl Season Pin, while the VIP pass holders enjoy all the season pass benefits in addition to exclusive tickets for ticketed events and much more VIP perks and benefits
4. How long is the Season Pass valid?
Your pass is valid for the entire season from 31October 2025 to 2 May 2026.
5. Can I use the Season Pass multiple times?
Yes. Your pass gives you unlimited entry to eligible events throughout the season.
6. What does my Season Pass package include?
Each pass includes a range of benefits. Full details of these perks are available in the Season Pass description on the official ticketing page.
7. How do I purchase a Season Pass?
Passes can be purchased easily through Platinumlist online.
8. Is the Season Pass transferable?
No. Each Season Pass is registered to one person and cannot be transferred or shared.
9. Why should I choose a Season Pass?
The Season Pass offers the best value and convenience. Instead of purchasing tickets separately for every festival or concert, one pass gives you and one child below 12 years unlimited entry plus comfort and perks making it easier and more affordable to enjoy the entire season.
10. Can tourists buy the Season Pass?
Yes. The Season Pass is available to both UAE residents and international visitors.
11. Does my pass include other attractions in Expo City Dubai?
No. The Season Pass is valid only for Al Wasl Season events under the Dome. Other Expo City Dubai attractions (such as museums or pavilions) require separate tickets, available on the Expo City Dubai website.
12.Do I need to buy or book any event tickets?
- With a Season Pass, you can access all included events without extra booking.
- With a VIP Pass, Carols by Candlight and Hai Ramadan Experience require pre-booking. Use the promo code provided in your Platinumlist (these will be shared closer to the event ticket release date) confirmation email to reserve your spot at no extra cost.
13.How do I avail all the benefits including discounts across food outlets and hotel stays?

14.Do I need to carry my pass during events, or is a digital copy accepted?
We recommend carrying your physical pass to ensure smooth access and to avail all benefits. While some entry points may accept a digital copy, the physical pass guarantees you won’t miss out on perks such as fast-track entry, discounts, or exclusive experiences.
15.Can I upgrade my Season Pass to a VIP Pass during the season?
No. Upgrades from a Season Pass to a VIP Season Pass are not available. Each pass type is sold separately, with its own inclusions and benefits.
16.How can I collect my Pass?
Your physical VIP Pass will be waiting for you starting from 31 October:
- On non-event days: You can collect your badge from the Al Wasl Season Lounge, located on the Ground Floor of Al Wasl 3 Building, Expo City Dubai, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- On event days: Badges can be collected at the dedicated event ticket booth on Al Wasl Avenue.
- Please bring your Emirates ID with you when you come to collect the pass
17.Where do I park?
- Season Pass holders can park at the ‘A Alif’ Expo City Parking.
- VIP Season Pass holders enjoy the same parking access plus complimentary valet service at Cheval Maison Hotel, Expo City Dubai
18.Are the Season Pass and VIP Season Pass benefits across F&B and hotels valid everywhere in Dubai?
All food & beverage and hotel benefits included with your Season Pass or VIP Season Pass are valid only at Expo City Dubai outlets and partner hotels located within Expo City Dubai. These discounts and perks cannot be redeemed at venues outside Expo City Dubai.

For the comfort and safety of all visitors, pets are not permitted at Al Wasl Season events (except registered service animals for People of Determination).
The only exception is the Harvest Festival editions Fall, Spring, Hag Al Laila, and Summer where pets are welcome to join the celebration unless communicated otherwise.
Outside of the Al Wasl Plaza, pets are welcome across Expo City Dubai throughout the year.

Al Wasl Pins are limited-edition enamel collectibles designed for each festival of the season. Inspired by Expo 2020, they come in surprise packs and turn each celebration into a memory you can wear.

Beyond being a unique accessory, wearing your pin unlocks special benefits during the season. From event perks to surprises that will be revealed along the way, the pins are designed to make your experience even more rewarding.
3. Are these pins available for free or purchase?
Pins are available for purchase AED 40 as official collectibles of Al Wasl Season.
4. Where can I buy the pins?
Pins can be purchased in two ways:
- Online via Platinumlist when buying your Al Wasl Season tickets.
- On-site during the festivals themselves.
5. How many pins are there in total?
There are 20 pins in total with two unique designs for each festival.
6. Do the colors of the Al Wasl Pins have any significance?
Yes. Each color palette is carefully chosen to reflect the mood, spirit, and cultural richness of the specific festival it represents.
7. Is each festival getting a different pin?
Yes. Every festival has its own two distinctive pin designs, making them unique to that celebration.
8. Are the pins limited edition? Will they run out?
