Age Policy for Lunch: Guests below 15 years old are not allowed access to AURA at any time of the day. Proof of identification is required, failure to provide such documentation may result in refused entry to AURA SKYPOOL without any refund. 15 to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Age Policy for Bubbly Nights & Friday Brunch: After 7pm, guests below 21 years old are not allowed access to AURA. Proof of identification is required, failure to provide such documentation may result in refused entry to AURA SKYPOOL without any refund.

AURA shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the guest using any of the facilities, the pool, the lounge or the changing rooms.
Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue.
Tickets will not be refunded if guests are refused entry for one of the following reasons: Behaviour which is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors.
This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire thereafter.
A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 guests can be added per booking, per time slot.

Reschedule and cancellation can be done with at least 14 days' prior notice.

By car: To reach your destination take the Palm Jumeirah Rd, then take a slight left onto the ramp to Al Ittihad Park Entrance B/Golden Mile 1-10/Residences South, continue onto Palm Jumeirah Rd, keep left to stay on Palm Jumeirah Rd, and turn right to find your destination on the left.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.

By public transportation: Take the MRed line to the Al Khail Metro Station and take a three-minute walk to the Palm Gateway Monorail stop to take the NB Monorail (Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Monorail Station) to Al Nakheel Mall stop, and take a minute's walk from there.
